After struggling to install this version after the 0x0 error, I now find that I can't make a comment.
Word registers a symbol of my moniker but no comment pane or inline comment shows up. (In Markup Options, "Comments" is checked, and "Show All Revisions Inline" chosen in Reviewing>Balloons
