Hey there, Tiaan Wessels
So that I can try and help you with your question, please can you answer the following questions:
- How many invites have you sent out to share the Microsoft 365 Family subscription?
- Have you got another organiser on the Microsoft Family group that could be used to send an invite?
Please can you try inviting your other child through the Microsoft Family Safety group here: https://family.microsoft.com
Once you have signed into your Microsoft Family group, please click onto "Add a family member"
You can then enter their email address and send the invite to them. If you, as the organiser, have the Microsoft 365 family or premium subscription active on that account, it should share the subscription to everyone who is in your Microsoft Family group.
Hope this helps,
Nathan
