Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls for optimal communication
Hello SLM3204
First, I would like to briefly list the following troubleshooting has already been performed:
- Re-imaged the Lenovo PC.
- Replaced the Lenovo PC.
- Replaced HDMI cabling.
- Changed Windows power settings to Ultimate Performance.
- Disabled USB power management settings based on Logitech recommendations.
Although I do not have a tool to check this directly for you, I would like to suggest a few steps that you can try on your side. After reviewing these checks, if the issue still persists or requires a deeper investigation, you may consider reaching out to Microsoft Admin Center support for further assistance.
1/ Check HDMI ingest health status
Review the Teams Rooms health status through Teams Rooms Pro Management or local diagnostics and check whether any HDMI Ingest or Front of Room Display component is reported as unhealthy.
Reference: The HDMI ingest status is Unhealthy
2/ Test without ClickShare connected overnight
- Temporarily disconnect the Barco ClickShare overnight and verify whether the issue reoccurs the following morning.
- If the behavior no longer occurs, this may help narrow the investigation to the content-sharing signal path (ClickShare / HDMI ingest chain) rather than the Teams Rooms device itself.
If the issue continues, please feel free to come back, and I will continue investigating it with you.
See you again soon.
