I have leftover Skype credit in team. However I can’t use as billing address is required to update which I did.

I have left over Skype credit in team. When I try to call, suddenly message came out as I need to update billing address. I did update but it still same stage come out and I still can’t call at all. I searched web to sort out but none of them are sort out my issue. Could you let me know exactly what is the issue and how can I sort out?

    Can you go to https://account.live.com > Your info, make sure the language field is not blank or incorrect. Make sure you have it set up to the correct language. Review your country and region as well. Make sure they are correct. Then update your billing address again, and see if that helps.

    If it still gives you a hard time doing the above, launch the web browser in incognito/inPrivate mode, and try again.
