How do I remove "error 1025" when syncing Office 363 Outlook for Mac?

    I deleted very old folders containing / in the master Comcast email account that Outlook Mac is mapped to. Problem solved

    Hi,

    Please try this:

    • Open Outlook.
    • Go to Tools > Accounts.
    • Select the affected account.
    • Click the – (minus) button.
    • Restart Outlook.
    • Add the Microsoft 365 account again.
