Dear Microsoft Customer Service,

Every time I turn on or restart my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 (82H9) laptop, the following window pops up three times after I log in:

What is the problem, and what would be the solution? I'm using the Microsoft Windows 11 Home operating system. The version number is 10.0.26200, build 26200.

Thank you for your support in advance!

Best regards

You should identify the app/service opening this popup.

I like Sysinternals autoruns utility: learn.microsoft.com/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

Start it, go to Options > Hide Microsoft entries. Entries highlighted in yellow are pointing at files that no longer exist, which is the classic cause of a "Windows cannot find..." popup at logon. Uncheck rather than delete so you can restore it if something breaks.

I just found the solution using the “msconfig” command.

The “Innostor APP Launch Service” application was causing the error messages to appear. I was able to locate and remove it using the Autoruns application.

I have found the entries highlighted in yellow, but I am wondering how I can remove the highlighting from them. Some files are highlighted in yellow; see the attached screenshots. How can I fix this?
