How do appeal a refund request denial as i’ve tried refunding battlefield 6 but it’s been denied for some unknown reason?

    If your refund has been denied, but the team who oversee the Xbox refund requests, please can you respond to the email they sent you. This will allow you to appeal their refund decision and work with the refund team to see if you are eligible for a refund.

    Please be aware that refunds are reviewed and they take into consideration things like:

    1. When you purchased the game,
    2. How long you have played the game for before requesting a refund,
    3. Where you are located (This has a big factor),
    4. Previous refund requests.
