To help narrow this down:

Are the missing tabs completely gone, or do you still see some worksheet tabs at the bottom?

Is the file saved in OneDrive, or only on your computer?

Are you using Excel on a Windows PC or Mac?

In the meantime, check if the sheets were hidden:

Go to Home > Format > Hide & Unhide > Unhide Sheet.

If the missing sheet appears in the list, select it and click OK.

If the sheets were accidentally deleted and the file is stored in OneDrive, you may also be able to recover them from Version History.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

If the worksheet tabs are missing but the file itself still opens, first check if the sheets were accidentally hidden. Right-click any visible sheet tab and select Unhide to see if the missing sheets are listed. If they're not there, check File > Info > Version History if the file is saved in OneDrive or SharePoint. You may be able to restore an earlier version where the tabs were still present.

Avoid making more changes to the file until you check the version history, especially if the missing tabs contain important data.
