You said "LCD shows 1 sheet and one copy from the tool key".

For Canon TS3355, the tool/spanner button is THE SETUP button. When you said the above, I believe you pressed the button because you thought the "1" on the LCD means "1 copy"?? That's the problem. When you press SETUP until 1 appears, you actually selected maintenance function 1, which will print nozzle check pattern. Then pressing black or white causes the printer to print a test sheet instead of copying the document. I bet that was what happened.

I don't think the TS3355 has a document feeder. I don't think there is a copy menu either. This is the instructions I found from Canon: https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS3300%20series/EN/UG/ug-005.html

What you should do according to the instruction link I shared right above.

Do NOT press the tool/Setup button
Put the paper in the rear tray.
Put the document face down on the scanner glass.
Close the lid, press black or color directly. That should start copying.

You don't need a computer to photocopy a document with the Canon PIXMA TS3355.

Turn the printer on.
Load plain paper into the rear tray.
Lift the scanner cover and place your document face down on the scanner glass, aligned with the positioning mark in the corner.
Close the scanner cover.
Press the Black button for a black-and-white copy or the Color button for a color copy.

The printer should scan the document and print the copy directly.

If it's printing printer-information/network sheets instead, make sure you're pressing the Black or Color copy button, rather than the Information/Network button.

If pressing Black/Color still produces an information sheet, please let us know which button you're pressing and what appears on the printer's LCD, and we can narrow it down.

Thanks for confirming. Since the LCD shows 1 sheet / 1 copy, but pressing the copy control still produces an information sheet, this doesn't appear to be a Windows or printer driver issue. A normal standalone copy operation is handled entirely by the printer and doesn't require the computer.

Please try these checks:

Place a document on the scanner glass rather than the document feeder.

Select Copy from the printer's control panel, if available.

Set it to 1 copy, then press the Black/Mono or Color Copy/Start button. Don't use the Information/Network or Tools button.

Power off the printer, unplug it for about 60 seconds, reconnect it, and try copying again.

If it still prints the printer information/configuration page instead of scanning the document, please provide the exact printer manufacturer and model number. The button combination and copy procedure differ considerably between models, and we'll need the model to give you the correct reset/control-panel instructions.
