    Hi,

A driver reset should typically fix this. Are you sure you put the device in the pairing mode in order to pair that?

    Please supply the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > turn Bluetooth on.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > turn Bluetooth on.
    2. Check the Bluetooth device itself.
      • Make sure it is powered on.
      • Charge it or replace the batteries.
      • Turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
      • Keep it close to the PC.
      • If it is near a USB 3.0 device, move it farther away because interference can affect Bluetooth.
    3. Make sure Airplane mode is off.
      • Windows 11: open Quick Settings from the taskbar and confirm Airplane mode is off.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane mode > turn it off.
    4. Remove the device and pair it again.
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > select More options for the problem device > Remove device > Yes.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > select the device > Remove device > Yes.
    5. If the device shows up but is still not connecting, change discovery settings.
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose Advanced.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > More Bluetooth options > Options tab > check Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC.
    6. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
      • Windows 11/10: use the Bluetooth troubleshooter in the Get Help app.
    7. Update the Bluetooth driver.
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter.
      • Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Restart the PC if prompted.
    8. If Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, also try these:
      • Turn off Battery saver.
      • In Device Manager > Bluetooth > right-click the Bluetooth device > Properties > Power Management tab > clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
      • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, then restart Bluetooth Support Service.

If the driver update does not find anything newer, install the latest Bluetooth driver from the PC manufacturer’s support site.
