Both accounts want to manage access to My Teams on mobile

I have 2 accounts from different companies. I want to be able to consult both accounts. But to add an account, it requires administrative access and the other account must be deleted. This applies to both accounts. Which means I can't use both accounts in team mobile app.

Delete an existing account

This app is already managed with an account x. Only one managed account is allowed for this app.

To use account x, you must first remove y from this application.

    Hello Grant Nia,

    Based on the behavior you described and the Microsoft documentation I reviewed, the restriction is consistent with an organizational Intune app configuration policy applied to Teams Mobile. Teams for iOS and Android on enrolled devices can be configured to allow only one corporate account in the app.

    Outside of such organizational management policies, Teams Mobile supports adding and managing multiple accounts.

    Please contact the IT administrator of the organization that manages the device through Intune. Ask the administrator to review the Teams app configuration policies assigned to your user account or mobile device, particularly any policy configured to allow only approved organizational accounts.

    Please note that this change should only be made by the organization’s authorized IT administrator, following its security and compliance requirements.
