    Dear @Couperthwaite, Mary

I understand your concern. To better understand why the Teams Meeting button is missing from your ribbon, could you please provide a bit more information?

    • First of all, which ribbon are you referring to? For example, is the Teams Meeting button missing from the Calendar ribbon when creating a new meeting, or from another ribbon in Outlook? Could you also share a screenshot showing where you expect to see the Teams Meeting button (Remember to remove your personal information before uploading)?
    • Additionally, are you experiencing this behavior when scheduling meetings from Microsoft Teams or from Outlook, and does it occur in the desktop app, the web version, or both?
    • Are you using a work/school account or a personal Microsoft account?
    • Is the issue affecting only your account, or are other users experiencing the same behavior?
    • Do you have the Teams desktop application installed and signed in with the same account as Outlook?

In the meantime, if the issue appears in Teams, first try signing out of Teams completely and signing back in. Also, make sure you're using the latest Teams desktop app.

If the issue is in the Calendar section, verify that the Calendar app is visible in the left navigation pane. If the Calendar app is missing entirely, your Microsoft 365 license may not include Exchange Online, or your organization may have restricted calendar functionality through Teams policies.

If you're using a work or school account, it's also possible that your Teams administrator has disabled meeting scheduling permissions. In that case, please contact your IT administrator to confirm whether meeting creation is allowed for your account.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Looking forward to your update.
