Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
For security reasons, Microsoft has removed the option to add a Phone number as the two-factor authentication method.
This could be the reason why you may no longer receive the Verification code to your Phone number.
However, I recommend trying these suggestions before replacing the Security Information.
- Use another browser or device, open an incognito tab, and try signing in with your Microsoft account. See if you receive the code.
- Sometimes the block may be tied to a specific Wi-Fi network you're connected to. So, I recommend switching your network to another Wi-Fi network, such as Mobile hotspot one. Then, try again.
- Wait for 24 hours and then sign in. If there is a time lock set due to repeated sign-ins, you may not receive the code.

If you are still having issues, you may have to update your Security information.
Note: If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.
Make sure you replace it with a recovery email address.
