I can't log in with my student account

Good day

As a university student, I am currently logging in with my own personal mail account. However, during the school period, I tried to log in with my student account in order to use Microsoft Office programs for free in a way, but I could not log in to Microsoft Office programs even though I knew my password and used the same password on other sites connected to the school. Likewise, I couldn't reset my password. I would be very happy if you could get back to me soon and help. I would be happy to express my thanks in advance. I would also be happy to see your answer in my e-mail address

    Please note that access to Microsoft 365 Education is managed by your university. If you are unable to sign in, even though you know your password and use it successfully for other university services, there may be an issue with your Microsoft 365 account, license assignment, or your institution's authentication settings.

    To help narrow down the issue, please try the following:

    • Go to https://www.office.com and try signing in with your student account using a private/incognito browser window.
    • Please also let me know whether you can access the Office online apps, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, after signing in.
    • If you cannot sign in, please provide the exact error message you receive, or a screenshot with any personal information hidden.

    If password reset is also unavailable, your university's IT Help Desk or Microsoft 365 administrator will need to check your account and confirm whether a Microsoft 365 Education license has been assigned to you.
