Login loop/cant login

I can't log in into my Microsoft account and I'm forced to or else I couldn't use my pc when I try to login after I wrote down the correct password and do all the step as it was provided Microsoft for some reason keeps getting me on the enter your email page and it's like this on every devices I did password reset and much more still it wouldn't work the email is <PII removed>@gmail.com
