I purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal 12 month subscription for 1 person product off the shelf from Jon Lewis and installed it on my laptop. My laptop has recently run an upgrade and all my Microsoft products have disappeared and I have nothing in settings to suggest I have ever had the product and when searching how to reinstall, it just keeps referring me to the Microsoft stall to purchase a new subscription, which I don't need. My recent purchase expires April 2027.

I keep being referred to the Microsoft subscription page and pay £84.99. No where is it asking for the product key code Ive already purchased

Make sure you are using the same Microsoft account you used for purchase.
If Microsoft 365 subscription is there, you should find Install option there.
