Reported only the Profile (this time). But have tried reporting individual post on numerous other occasions.

For the last month, all of my Reports were answered "not a violation". (See below). Over the course of the last year my guess would be that maybe 5% of my Reports are ever deemed Positive.

Yeah.
Please always report the respective posts directly on the posts. One or two should do.
That way is more likely to get abusive posts removed for sure.
