    Hello KynBernie,

The brief black screen suggests the game is crashing during startup, but there is not enough information yet to identify the cause.

    Please confirm:

    • The exact game name and launcher
    • Your Windows version, shown by pressing Windows + R and entering winver
    • Whether other games open normally
    • Whether this started after an update or installation

Also search for Reliability Monitor from Start, open the failure recorded when the game closed, select View technical details, and share the faulting application/module and exception code. Those details should show whether this involves the game, a graphics driver, or another component.

    Hi @KynBernie

are you tried to reinstall the game.

    • first uninstall the game then restart the pc then install the game.
    • check any direct-x missing in your system suppose missing install direct-x. for check your direct-x press windows + R then type dxdiag click ok. in the first menu last will show the direct-x version.
    • check the version compatibility issue in your o/s. right click on your game go to properties check run as administrator and run as compatibility window.
