From the official article, Microsoft does not provide a service, feature, or supported method to recover, reveal, or bypass a forgotten Password to Open for an Excel file/workbook.
If you have forgotten the password, you can try these workarounds, however, these are community-suggested workarounds. They are not Microsoft-supported solutions, and success is not guaranteed
