Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
Hi Mark,
I understand that your calendar disappeared after the iPhone update and you would like to determine whether a copy is still stored online.
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your account or recover calendar data directly.
The Q&A Assist guidance is generally correct if the missing events belonged to your Outlook.com or Hotmail calendar. Have you had a chance to sign in to Outlook on the web and try those steps?
I would also like to add that calendars shown on an iPhone can belong to different accounts. In the Apple Calendar app, select Calendars at the bottom and check whether the missing calendar was listed under Outlook, iCloud, or another account. Please also confirm whether you were using the Apple Calendar app or Outlook for iOS.
If the calendar belonged to iCloud, an earlier archived version may be available through iCloud.com > Data Recovery > Restore Calendars. Restoring a version replaces the calendars currently stored in iCloud and removes calendar-sharing settings, so review the instructions carefully first: Restore calendars from iCloud.

If the events belonged to Outlook.com but remain absent from Outlook on the web after completing the Q&A Assist checks, contact Outlook.com Support by selecting Help in Outlook.com, entering the issue, and selecting Yes under Still need help? I hope identifying the original calendar account helps determine the appropriate recovery option.
