    Hello ARUN RANA,

When an Excel table is copied and pasted into an email, Outlook converts the table into HTML content so that it can be displayed within the message body. The appearance of that table can vary depending on the Outlook version, the mobile operating system, the device’s screen size, and the original width or formatting of the Excel table. On a smaller screen, a wide table may therefore appear compressed, cut off, or may not fit within the visible message area.

To help me better understand the issue, could you please provide the following information?

    • What is the device model and operating system version?
    • What version of the Outlook mobile app is currently installed?
    • Does the issue occur with every email containing an Excel table, or only with a particular message?
    • Approximately how many rows and columns does the affected Excel table contain?
    • Does the table include merged cells, fixed column widths, images, or other complex formatting?

As an initial check, please rotate the device to landscape orientation when reopen the email. The wider screen area may allow Outlook to display more columns and help confirm whether the issue is related to the width of the HTML table.

Please also update Outlook to the latest available version through the Apple App Store. After updating the application, restart the device and test the same message again.

If the issue continues after these checks, please send feedback directly through the Outlook mobile application. Microsoft’s official guidance explains how to access in-app support and feedback options in Outlook for iOS and Android: Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android | Microsoft Support

When submitting the feedback, please include a screenshot of how the table appears, the device model, operating system version, Outlook version, and the approximate number of rows and columns in the original Excel table.

I hope these checks help determine whether the behavior is related to the table width, HTML rendering, or the Outlook mobile application. Please update me with the requested details and the results when available.

    Kind regards,
