    Hi Jack Pelton,

I understand that Legacy Outlook for Mac does not show an option to create a new folder when you right-click the Inbox.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors do not have access to your Outlook account or device.

The Q&A Assist answer correctly explains where the folder option is normally located. Have you had a chance to try those steps?

I would also like to add that you can select the intended location in the folder pane and press Shift + Command + N to create a folder. If this shortcut also does not work, please confirm whether the account is Outlook.com, Gmail, iCloud, or another provider, and whether the New Folder option is missing or greyed out. See the Outlook for Mac folder instructions.

I hope this helps clarify the next step.

It is a gmail account in outlook and your suggestions did not work.
