    Welcome Anthony Lacson,

Thank you for posting. Since both the keyboard disable/enable function in tablet mode and auto-rotate rely on the device's sensor system, I'd like to gather a little more information while also suggesting a few quick checks.

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm:

    • What is the exact HP Pavilion x360 model?
    • Did the issue start after a Windows update, BIOS update, or driver installation?
    • In Device Manager, do you see a Sensors category, or are there any devices with a yellow warning icon?

In the meantime, please try these checks:

Option 1: Check whether the Sensor service is running

    • Press Windows + R > type services.msc and press Enter
    • Find Sensor Service
    • Make sure it is set to Automatic and is Running

Option 2: Check Windows Rotation Lock

    • Open Settings > System > Display
    • See whether Rotation lock is available and whether it can be turned off

Option 3: Check for hidden sensor devices

    • Open Device Manager
    • Select View > Show hidden devices
    • Expand Sensors and System devices
    • Let me know if you see any sensor-related devices listed or disabled

Option 4: Install HP-specific chipset and sensor drivers

Since you mentioned the sensor driver reports not supported on OS version (10.0.199041), please tell me the exact Windows version by pressing Windows + R, typing winver, and sharing the result. This will help determine whether the driver package is compatible with your current installation.
