Version 2607 not working with Microsoft Access to print

Version 2607 is not printing our reports correctly. The 1st page is normal and then all pages thereafter are not. This happened with this version update. We use Access to print our reports.

We are experiencing the same issue since the update on Aug 11. (Version 2607 Build 16.0.20228.20188)
In Print Preview it looks fine

When printing, Page 1 is fine. Subsequent pages are 1/4 of the size, scaled to the top left corner. We have tried updating drivers, but it seems to be a printer spool issue?

It occurs when we use Microsoft Print to PDF, but not when we use Adobe to Print to PDF

This is occurring for all our users - we tested with an older version and it did not occur, so it's for sure related to Version 2607 Build 16.0.20228.20188 released Aug 11.

Since the issue affects multiple users, and similar reports have been observed from other as well, this may require further investigation by Microsoft.

If this is a work or school account, please consider asking your IT administrator to open a support request with Microsoft so that the issue can be reviewed by a Support Engineer. Be sure to include the build number, reproduction steps, and the observation that page 1 prints correctly while subsequent pages are scaled to the upper-left corner. Additionally, your admin may also use the Report an issue option in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Health > Service health to help raise visibility of the issue and provide additional diagnostic information to Microsoft.

In case you do not know who your IT admin is, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

In the meantime, using Adobe PDF or rolling back to a previously working build may serve as temporary workarounds until more information becomes available.

Hi Jamie,

I hope you're doing well.

To better understand what may be causing the issue, kindly provide a few additional details:

What is happening on page 2 and later pages (blank, misaligned, missing data, formatting issues, etc.)?
Does the issue occur in Print Preview as well?
Does it also occur when printing to Microsoft Print to PDF?
What is the exact Access Version and Build (File > Account > About Access)?
Is the issue occurring for all users or only certain machines?

Any additional details about how the output differs after the first page would be very helpful in narrowing down the possible cause.
