Computer Teams continues to work well, but mobile teams doesn't send messages and it doesn't keep working, so I log out and try to enter, but I can't log in.

So I tried reinstalling it and clearing the cache, but it didn't go over to the first screen at all.

How can it be solved?

    Dear @Morgan Alice,

Based on your description, Teams works normally on your desktop, but the mobile app cannot sign in and is now stuck on the startup screen even after reinstalling and clearing the cache.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Verify the account can sign in from a mobile browser
      • Open a browser on the affected device https://teams.cloud.microsoft/and sign in
      • If sign-in works in the browser, the account itself is likely healthy.
    2. Test a different network connection
      • Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
      • If a VPN is enabled, temporarily disable it and test again.
    3. Check Microsoft Authenticator
      • Confirm the affected account is present and functioning correctly in Microsoft Authenticator.
      • If there are authentication errors, remove and re-add the account, then try signing in to Teams again.
    4. If you are user, ask your IT to review device registration (if your organization uses Intune)
      • Open Company Portal and verify that the device is compliant and properly registered.
      • Resolve any compliance or enrollment issues that are reported.
    5. Remove and re-add the work account on the device
      • Remove your account from the device settings.
      • Restart the device.
      • Re-add the account and test Teams again.
    6. Verify device settings
      • Ensure Date & Time is set to automatic.
      • Confirm the operating system is up to date.
      • Make sure sufficient storage is available on the device.

If you have tried all the methods above but the issue persists, please provide some more information as:

    • Device type (iOS or Android)
    • Whether Outlook mobile can sign in successfully on the same device?
    • Does it appear any error message where Teams becomes stuck?

Please understand that the more information you provide, the more effectively I can support.

    Looking forward to your update.
