Dear Microsoft Exam Support Team,

I attended my Microsoft certification exam under the supervision of Proctor Mohammed Sir. During the examination, I was instructed by the proctor to change my location because of a poor internet connection.

After changing my place as instructed, the exam access code was no longer working. Due to this issue, I was unable to continue the examination. I was then asked to reschedule the exam.

I rescheduled the exam successfully, and the new exam date/time was changed and confirmed. However, the rescheduled exam is not visible in my Microsoft Learning dashboard, even though I received confirmation of the rescheduling.

I kindly request you to check my exam registration and ensure that the rescheduled exam is properly reflected in my Microsoft Learning account, or provide me with the necessary instructions to access the exam.
