I would like to clarify the licensing status of a Windows 11 Pro Developer/Visual Studio product key.
If I purchase a Windows 11 Pro key described as a “Developer Key” from a third-party seller, is it legally valid for activating and permanently using Windows 11 Pro on my personal PC?

What is a Developer/Visual Studio Windows product key intended for?
Can it legally be used as a normal personal Windows 11 Pro license?
Is it transferable to another PC?
Can Microsoft deactivate or revoke the key if the developer subscription or entitlement expires?
