Dataverse tables not updating with Customer voice responses

Hi Support,

'msfp_surveyresponse' and 'msfp_questionresponse' tables are not updating with the latest responses for all the surveys in Customer voice. Last submitted date for a survey is a month ago and we have had few surveys collecting data after that which are not available in the Dataverse tables.

Please advise me on this. Thank you
