Can't redeem premium game pass included with device

My computer has Premium Game Pass included but when I try to claim it I get this message:
"Try that again

Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."

I've been trying for two weeks now and I still can't claim it.

I tried checking through the amazon store page but the offer is in my library and in the web page when I try to see my library it just redirects me to the Microsoft Store App which is the one giving me an issue. I also have not been able to find the offer through the Xbox app. Could you please help me?

Try these steps in order on the Windows 11 PC that included the offer:

    1. Update Microsoft Store.
      • Open Microsoft Store Library and select Get updates.
      • If the claim flow shows “Unable to complete this transaction. Please update to the latest version of Microsoft Store”, updating the Store is required before redeeming.
    2. Update Windows, then restart the PC.
      • Install the latest Windows updates.
      • Restart after updates. A recent update that has not been followed by a restart can prevent Microsoft Store installs or redemptions.
    3. Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
      • Press Windows key + R.
      • Run wsreset.exe.
      • A blank Command Prompt window should open, then close after about 10 seconds, and Microsoft Store should open automatically.
      • Try claiming the included Game Pass offer again.
    4. Check Store basics that can block Microsoft Store from working correctly.
      • Verify time and location settings.
      • Make sure the device is signed in with the correct Microsoft account.
      • If the PC is not authorized for Microsoft Store apps, add/check the device on the Microsoft account device list.
    5. Check whether the offer is being hidden by compatibility or availability conditions.
      • Some apps or offers are only available on specific device types.
      • Microsoft Store can hide or block items that are not compatible with the device.
      • Region availability can also affect whether an offer appears.
    6. If Microsoft Store shows 0x80131500 or “Try that again”, use the Microsoft guidance for that error:
      • Reset Store with wsreset.exe.
      • Check for Windows updates.
      • Update Microsoft Store.
      • Check time and location settings.
    7. If the offer still loops back into Microsoft Store and never redeems, try claiming from another device path if available.
      • A similar Game Pass claim issue was resolved by completing the claim from a phone instead of the PC flow.
    8. If the included offer still does not appear in Xbox app and Microsoft Store continues failing after the steps above, contact Xbox Support for the redemption check.
      • This is the next step when the entitlement exists but the claim flow does not complete.
