    The dial pad will only work if you have remaining skype credits, otherwise you will not even see the option to do so.

    If you do have remaining skype credits, you can do so:

    1. Via the Skype Web Portal: https://calling.web.skype.com (Web portal will stay after Skype app goes away).
    2. A Skype Dial Pad will be added to Teams app. When you click on the dial pad, it will launch the Skype web portal for you. The calls will not be operated from within Teams. On your computer, click on the three dots on the upper right to find it, on phones, click on your user profile icon to find it.

    Once your credits run out, you will need Teams business license + Teams phone with calling plan in order to call phone number domestic or international.
