How to stop rubrics in Assignments from making a copy

Hi there,

I am using the Assignment feature in Teams to give my students opportunities to do practise tests. These all have the EXACT SAME rubric for all of them.

How do I attach THE EXACT SAME rubric without Teams making a copy and clogging up my filing system?

If this is not changeable, where can I go to ask for this feature to be removed?

Many thanks.

    Dear Katie Jane Németh,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you want to attach exact same rubric for all of your assignments.

Microsoft allows you re-use a rubric you've already made. Every time you create a rubric and attach it to an assignment, it will be saved to your rubric list. To re-use a rubric:

    1. Navigate to your class team and select Assignments
    2. Select Create > Assignment
    3. Select Add rubric, choose a rubric from the list, then select Next
    4. Make edits if needed
    5. Select Attach

I also attached an article about Create and manage grading rubrics in Microsoft Teams for your reference.

If you are having trouble reusing the rubric, please provide a screenshot of the issue. I would also like to know if anyone else at your school is experiencing the same problem.

Kindly let me know if it meets your requirements or if you require any further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!

Thank you for your time and patience.
