Sorry for the late reply.
The link RLWA32 shared is the correct official source. On that page, grab vc_redist.x64.exe under the "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022" section. One package covers all those versions.
Then in CrossOver, open the same bottle where Subliminal is installed, use Install into Bottle, choose "Install unlisted application" and point it to the downloaded file. It must go into that exact bottle, and the bottle needs to be 64 bit.
Note that CrossOver is a CodeWeavers product, so if the installer itself fails inside the bottle, their support would be the right place to check.
