Good day SASI,
Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a user‑to‑user support forum. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user-to-user support forum.
I recommend first trying the troubleshooting steps suggested in the AI answer. If the issue persists, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Office 365 apps associated with your school account through office.com.
To reinstall Office: Go to office.com> App Launcher > More apps > Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps > Apps & devices > Install Office.
Once the installation is complete, open the Office applications again and check whether the issue has been resolved.
Additionally, since you are using a school account, it is important to verify that your account has a license that includes the desktop Office apps. For example, Microsoft Education A3 and A5 licenses include the Office desktop applications, while Microsoft Education A1 provides access only to the web versions of Office apps.
To check your subscription: Sign in your school account office.com > App Launcher > More apps > Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps > Subscriptions.
Please verify that your subscription includes Microsoft Education A3 or A5. If it shows Microsoft Education A1, you will only be able to use the web versions of Office applications.
To access the web apps, sign in to office.com with your school account, select the App Launcher and then choose the Office app you would like to use.
Please let me know the outcome if you need further assistance.
