Can Teams notifications ring late? (When a notification occurs later than the actual time the message was received)

The other person sent me a Teams message, but the notification rang later than the time it was sent, so I ended up replying late.

I confirmed that the other person sent me Teams at 12:50, 12:51, and 13:44, and that I received a notification at 13:45.

Someone else also sent me a Teams message at 13:02, and I received notifications for everyone at 13:45.

The notification sounded late on both PC and mobile, and at the time, both PC and mobile were in power saving mode.

We confirmed that notifications may be delayed on PCs when in power-saving mode, but if notifications did not sound on mobile, it is mostly an issue on Microsoft's end.

While power-saving mode on a PC is a known factor that can cause delayed notifications, mobile devices can also experience notification delays due to battery optimization, background processing restrictions, network transitions, or push-notification timing.
