Unwanted calendar group

I understand why this would be concerning, especially when calendar groups appear that you do not recognize. Since you've already changed your password, you've taken an important precautionary step.

As a next step, please check whether these calendar groups also appear in Outlook on the web. If they do, look for an option to remove or leave the groups there, as some calendar management features may not be available in Legacy Outlook for Mac. It may also be helpful to review your recent Microsoft account sign-in activity and confirm there has been no unexpected account access.
