Hi @Colleen
I apologize for the inconvenience this might cause, I know it must be affecting your workflow a lot.
I attempted to reproduce the issue in my environment but was not able to consistently observe the same behavior.
During testing, I did encounter instances where certain UI elements, such as the Plan/Project name, did not display correctly after updates. However, in my testing, the missing information returned immediately after refreshing the page, and Planner displayed normally afterward.
One thing I also noticed from your screenshot is that the tasks with missing Plan names appear to belong to the same plan/project, which may help narrow down whether the issue is related to a specific plan rather than Planner as a whole.
To help narrow down the cause, could you please check the following:
- When the issue occurs, does refreshing the page restore the missing Plan names and graphics, or do they remain missing even after a refresh?
- I know you ask one colleague and they did not meet this issue, can you please ask any other colleagues experiencing the same behavior?
- Could you open the browser's Developer Tools (press F12) and check the Console tab for any red error messages when the issue occurs? If you do not know how to perform this, ask your IT admin to do it for you. Additionally, in the Network tab, refresh the page and look for any failed requests (shown in red), particularly those related to Planner or Microsoft Graph.
- Are you connected to a VPN, proxy, or any corporate network security solution when the issue occurs? If possible, could you test from a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot or home network) and let me know whether the behavior changes?
This information will help determine whether the issue is related to Planner rendering, a failed service request, or something specific to your account.
