I been trying to remove my account from the Microsoft family, however the family organizer account listed doesn't match the actual organizer's account. The organizer can't see my account on his side. Is there a way to move my account to a different family group where my organizer can see my account.

This issue does seem a bit unusual, and to be honest, we've already gone through most of the troubleshooting steps I can think of.
I won't be able to respond further in this thread, but I'll leave it open so another Microsoft Community expert can take over and share any additional ideas or solutions. Hopefully someone who has encountered this particular issue before can point us in the right direction.
Both would be helpful, if possible. A screenshot of the Microsoft Family page and the Family Outlook page showing the issue would help clarify what you're seeing and whether the two are displaying different information.

With regards to removing yourself from a Microsoft family group, you can only leave the group if your account is set as an adult or organizer as well. If you are a member and added as a child account then you might not see an option to leave the group. So on this case, the Organizer account needs to remove you from the group itself.
Do you see the organizer account on the group via https://account.microsoft.com/family page? You can also check the email address of the organizer account via https://outlook.live.com page > just click "Your family" > Click "Members" > then from there click the name of the organizer so you can check if he is using the right email address when he checked your account on his side.
This would help identify if he used the right account to check the family group. I hope this helps!
I can see the organiser's account through https://account.microsoft.com/family, but the organiser can't since they've removed me from their account. I've checked the family outlook, there's the organiser's account, but when I open to check the email, there's no information displayed at all other than 'External'. Pressing 'save contact' leads to it saying 'Couldn't save Contact'.
