Hi I have purchased a new Tablet, I do have a family subscription of Microsoft 365. I was able to download both Excel & Word on my tablet, however when I want to open a document from my google drive it is asking me to pay for subscription. I am not sure how to solve this problem.
I need to solve this issue as I am going to be traveling and need to use my documents.

May I check and confirm if the login using your account that has the subscription does not work?
Also, is there an error message that is being shown as well?
Hello thank you for your response, yes I have loged in with my account. When I go into Excel it even shows my profile picture and email address.
The error message is the excel sheet is read only and it asks me to pay a monthly fee or join free for 30 days.
