Hi I have purchased a new Tablet, I do have a family subscription of Microsoft 365. I was able to download both Excel & Word on my tablet, however when I want to open a document from my google drive it is asking me to pay for subscription. I am not sure how to solve this problem.

I need to solve this issue as I am going to be traveling and need to use my documents.

Can you please email me at ******@gmail.com

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you have downloaded Excel and Word on your Android tablet.

May I check and confirm if the login using your account that has the subscription does not work?

Also, is there an error message that is being shown as well?

Please refer to the below and included is the Microsoft support link.

" *1 Editing available only on screen sizes up to 10.9 inches.

*2 Editing available only on screen sizes up to 10.1 inches.

Some qualifying plans have a screen size limit of 10.9 inches for editing in the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app. And all non-qualifying plans have a screen size limit of 10.1 inches. For example, if you're using an iPad Pro with a 12.9 inch screen, you must have a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan with access to the desktop apps to edit files."
