Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling
Hi Mike,
Based on your sharing, this is likely an Office add-in deployment issue. There are some quick troubleshooting steps you can try first to see if it helps resolve the issue:
- Restart your device
- Remove and re-add the account in Outlook to refreshes the mailbox/add-in cache
- Reset the Outlook app or fully uninstall then reinstall the Outlook app
If the issue still persists, may I ask whether the add-in was deployed by your company? If that's the case, this may be on the Microsoft 365 admin side rather than your iOS devices. Then you will need to contact your company's IT department and ask for their help. They can check whether the add-in is still assigned to your user account/registered iOS devices or whether there is any issue is happening with the add-in so it needs to be removed.
If you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
You can give it a try and let me know if it works. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out again in the comments of this post. I'm happy to assist you further.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope to hear from you soon.
