    Hi Mike,

Based on your sharing, this is likely an Office add-in deployment issue. There are some quick troubleshooting steps you can try first to see if it helps resolve the issue:

    • Restart your device
    • Remove and re-add the account in Outlook to refreshes the mailbox/add-in cache
    • Reset the Outlook app or fully uninstall then reinstall the Outlook app

If the issue still persists, may I ask whether the add-in was deployed by your company? If that's the case, this may be on the Microsoft 365 admin side rather than your iOS devices. Then you will need to contact your company's IT department and ask for their help. They can check whether the add-in is still assigned to your user account/registered iOS devices or whether there is any issue is happening with the add-in so it needs to be removed.

If you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

You can give it a try and let me know if it works. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out again in the comments of this post. I'm happy to assist you further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope to hear from you soon.

On Outlook for iOS, the missing add-in icon and repeated failure to re-enable it usually maps to one of these supported causes:

    1. Check whether Add-ins is available in Outlook settings.
      Go to Settings > Add-ins.
    2. If Add-ins is missing from Settings:
      • Update Outlook from the App Store.
      • Fully close and reopen Outlook. The documented restart method is to close the app from the app switcher, then start Outlook again. This can turn the feature back on for the device.
    3. Verify the account type.
Add-ins on iOS are supported for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com accounts. Some account types do not have add-ins enabled yet, even if Outlook is installed and working.
    4. If the account is a supported type but the add-in still does not appear, that account type may not be supported yet on iOS.
    5. If the add-in was previously visible and now fails when selected from the menu, use Outlook.com to confirm whether the add-in is still installed:
      • Open a message in Outlook.com.
      • Select Get Add-ins from the message menu, or More apps in the app bar and then Add apps.
      • Check whether the add-in is installed. If needed, remove it and add it again.
    6. If the add-in is installed, in newer Outlook experiences it can appear under More apps or Apps rather than as a pinned icon. When reading a message, select More apps from the ribbon or Apps from the message action bar.

If the issue continues after updating the app, restarting it, and confirming the account type and add-in installation, use Outlook.com support from Help in Outlook.com and then Still need help? if self-help does not resolve it.
