Hosted outlook mailbox keeps getting full,

Hello all ,
i have a one user who have 2 mail boxes , and one of the mail box keeps getting Full all the time ,

so far we did 5 times to do auto-archive , not affecting , we remove the profile and add one more time , not affecting ,
we generate a new mail box still same , and now we need help to understand how to resolve this ,

we are hosting outlook as exchange via appriver.
