I registered both a work account and a personal account to the same email address, and now I can't log in to Teams with my work account.

Previously, I was able to log in with my work account by launching the browser version, but now the browser version doesn't respond at all when I press the initial sign-in button. When I asked the AI for help, it told me to request the deletion of my personal Microsoft account (MSA) from Microsoft support, but I couldn't find the support contact information.

Could you please provide me with the above-mentioned solutions and contact information for support?

    Hi Adams Claire

In the meantime, could you please try the following:

-Open Teams for Web in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window.

-Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again.

-Try signing in using a different browser or another device.

If the issue persists, could you also let me know:

-Are you able to sign in to https://portal.office.com using your work account?

-Does the issue only affect Teams, or does it also occur with other Microsoft 365 services?

If you would like to contact Microsoft Support, you can use the following options:

-For work or school accounts, you can raise a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by signing in and selecting Help & support. For further instructions, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

Please note that contacting Microsoft Support requires the appropriate admin role (such as Global Administrator). If you're an end user, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to submit the request on your behalf.

-For personal accounts, you can contact Microsoft support by going to Microsoft Contact Us > Type "Support" and click Get Help > Click Sign in to contact Support at the bottom of the page. > Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option > Under category, select technical Support > Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

I hope this helps, and I look forward to your update.
