    Hi Edna G,

Based on your sharing, if the issue just started yesterday August 11 and is related to Print View, you're not alone since there has been many users reported similar behavior as you are experiencing with Print View in Microsoft Access Build 16.0.20326.20034. This issue is likely a regression after an update but as of now there is no official announcement or article providing the resolutions or information about the date of mediation plan.

That said, I strongly recommend you should report this to Microsoft directly in Access > Help > Feedback > Report a problem. This ensures your voice reaches the development team so they will acknowledge and review the behavior, which can help prioritize a fix in an upcoming release. In your feedback, please describe the situation and report the version + build on Access on the impacted computer.

You can take a look in this thread and discussion that other users reported about this similar problem with Print View:

Since many other users have raised similar concerns but may not be aware of where to submit product feedback, if the response has helped clarify the situation and pointed you toward a possible next step, kindly upvote it. Doing so can help make this discussion more visible to others in the community who may be experiencing the same issue and are looking for guidance or a way to support similar feedback.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out again in the comments of this post. I'm happy to assist you further.

Thank you again for your time and for raising this important concern.
