Reports No Longer Printing Lines

I have two clients now, that are using M365 Access, where they are no longer able to print reports with lines or boxes. What is weird is that in Print Preview the lines are missing, but in report view they are there. Changing printers did nothing and it is happening to two different users at two different organizations. I tried recreating the problem and it is not happening on my pc. It doesn't seem to be a margin issue, as it all seems to fit within the allocated space. I am hoping someone can point me to where to look next? Thanks.
