For the last couple of days, every time I scroll with my mouse to view my people list of contacts, Teams freezes up. I have to quit and restart. Happens everytime. Turned off GPU accelerator, cleared cache. Reboots. Locks up everytimes.

I have an ongoing ticket with Microsoft Support on this. They just asked me to collect the HAR-file from Teams Web or collect the support files from the Teams client on Windows. Neither of them work when reproducing the problem since Teams just freezes. Next step was I asked the support agent to get back to me so they can remote control the user to have a look at the problem. Hopefully that will happen later this week. Will keep you guys posted!

As mentioned before I have an ongoing ticket with this. After remoting into the affected users and collecting a bunch of logs, the support team over at Microsoft reviewed those and as expected it's a backend problem. This is what they answered:
"After further review and consultation with our internal teams, we have identified that this matter is related to a known service incident. Our back-end engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to determine the underlying cause, as well as implementing the necessary actions to mitigate the impact and restore normal service functionality.
Please be assured that this incident is receiving ongoing attention from the appropriate teams, and they are prioritizing the investigation to reach a resolution as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive any new information, progress updates, or a confirmed resolution from our back-end team, I will proactively reach out to keep you informed. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to let me know if you observe any changes in behavior, have additional questions, or require further assistance."

Any feedback regarding the Teams issue with the People's App?
Did all of this from the list, no help. Teams still freezes up when in people contact list and scroll to select a contact. If I do not scroll, it does not lock up. I replaced the mouse and did it without mouse. Same issue
