Hi, the screenshot shows that Excel itself is not the problem. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 is not activated, so the Activation Wizard appears when Excel starts.

If this Office was supplied by your company, connect to the company network/VPN and try activation again. Professional Plus volume-license editions normally need activation provided by your IT administrator (KMS/MAK).
