Here come the answers to your questions:

What iPhone model are you using? 16

Which iOS version is currently installed on your device? 26.6

Was this feature working normally before, or is this a new issue?

It was working normally with my old phone. Now the synchronization between the calendars does not always work correctly.

Are you the organizer of the affected events, or were they created by another colleague?

    I am the organizer.

    Hello Jayakumar,

Based on the information you provided, I understand that private events are not appearing in Outlook on your iPhone.

To help me further investigate the issue, could you please check the following:

    • Are the private appointments visible in the Teams mobile app?
    • If you create a new calendar event and mark it as Private, does the newly created event also disappear in Outlook on your iPhone?

Additionally, please provide the following information:

    1. What iPhone model are you using?
    2. Which iOS version is currently installed on your device?
    3. Was this feature working normally before, or is this a new issue?
    4. Are you the organizer of the affected events, or were they created by another colleague?
    5. If you uninstall and reinstall the Outlook app, do the private events appear correctly afterward?
    6. Could you try accessing Outlook using a different network connection (for example, switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or connecting to another Wi-Fi network) and check whether the events become visible?

I appreciate your help with these checks, as the results will help narrow down the issue. I look forward to hearing from you.
