Hello,
Members of my family use Microsoft Teams to have group videocalls. My niece, who is a few years old, will often participate along with her parent. She has a high-pitched voice characteristic of her age group. Sometimes, when she speaks, her sound does not come across at all, as if her mic were silenced (but it is not silenced). Sometimes we can hear her fine, and we can always hear her parent and other members of that household fine. I wonder if Teams is identifying her voice as "noise" to be suppressed, but that is only my guess. This has been happening for at least several months, maybe for the whole year we've been using Teams. Is there something that I can do as the meeting host or something that can be done by my sibling (the parent) on their end? We love hearing from my niece during our get-togethers.
Thank you!
