Dear Microsoft Support Team,

We are reaching out to inquire about the following IP addresses:

131.107.2.221
131.107.2.131
141.107.2.61
192.167.1.2

Could you please confirm if these IP addresses are part of Microsoft services? We have received security alerts associated with these IPs, and we need to verify their ownership to proceed with further investigation.

The 131.107.x.x addresses belong to Microsoft. Both 131.107.2.221 and 131.107.2.131 fall within the 131.107.0.0/16 public IPv4 netblock assigned directly to Microsoft Corporation through ARIN.

The other two addresses do not belong to Microsoft. 141.107.2.61 is not part of Microsoft's official network allocations, while 192.167.1.2 is registered to GARR, the Italian Academic and Research Network in Rome, Italy, and operates under AS137.

For further investigation, you can verify the ownership through the official ARIN or RIPE NCC WHOIS databases. For the non-Microsoft addresses, you can also use the applicable Regional Internet Registry to identify the appropriate abuse-reporting procedures.

Btw. you can use the Azure IP Lookup tool Azure IP Lookup to verify the ownership of IP addresses associated with Microsoft Azure. This provides detailed information about the IP ranges and service tags used by Azure services.
