An Azure networking service that is used to provision private networks and optionally to connect to on-premises datacenters.
Try this in order:
- Open the Azure portal in a private browser window.
- Edge: Settings > New InPrivate window
- Chrome: Incognito mode
- Safari: File > New Private Window
- If the page still hangs or redirects, clear browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- In Edge, go to Settings > Privacy and Services > Clear Browsing Data.
- Make sure Browsing history, Download history, Cookies, and Cached images and files are selected, then delete them.
- If the portal signs in with the wrong account or shows different data than expected, switch to the correct Azure directory.
- In the Azure portal, select the account at the top-right corner.
- Select Switch directory and choose the correct directory.
- After switching directories, check whether the subscription appears.
- In the portal, open Subscriptions.
- If Subscriptions is not shown on the home page, use the search box.
- If the expected subscription is listed, the previously subscribed information can be viewed from there.
- If the portal shows No subscriptions found, the usual causes are:
- the wrong directory is selected, or
- the account does not have sufficient permissions.
- If the correct directory is already selected and the subscription still does not appear, have the account assigned the Owner role on the subscription.
- If the portal itself is partially inaccessible or data is missing, verify that required sign-in and portal endpoints are allowed through the browser, firewall, or proxy. Relevant endpoints include:
-
https://login.microsoftonline.com -
https://login.windows.net -
https://security.microsoft.com -
https://*.security.microsoft.com -
https://secure.aadcdn.microsoftonline-p.com -
https://*.microsoftonline-p.com -
*.blob.core.windows.net -

- If the issue continues after private browsing, cache clearing, browser testing, and directory verification, collect a browser network trace while reproducing the issue and create a support request.
