Hardware Lab Kit for windows 10 test fails

. Audio Codec - Hardware Offload of Audio Processing Test - Certification Reason for Exception:

Our driver is a purely virtual, built using the ACX framework. We do not possess a physical hardware DSP, and therefore the driver does not support hardware-offloaded audio processing. Because this is a software-only device, hardware DSP offload testing is inapplicable.

2. Audio Codec - Communications Audio Fidelity Test (Manual) - Desktop Reason for Exception:

This test requires a manual, physical setup utilizing analog loopback cables or physical acoustic equipment to measure audio fidelity. Our device is a completely virtual, software-based audio endpoint without any physical analog jacks, speakers, or microphones. Hence, this test is not applicable for our driver.

3. Audio Codec - Wave Test - Certification Reason for Exception:

We are requesting an Errata for this test. The Resource Build logs confirm that both audio endpoints (Microphone and Speakers) were successfully enumerated and added as test resources. However, during pin enumeration, the test framework internally throws a non-fatal 'Index out of range' error (ErrCode: 0x0) while attempting to access a hardware pin index that does not exist on our virtual software driver. This internal error causes the overall resource build to be marked as failed despite all resources being successfully enumerated. Because our device is a virtual software audio driver without physical hardware pin indices, we request an Errata for this non-fatal, framework-level error

We are requesting an Errata for this test. The Resource Build logs confirm that both audio endpoints (Microphone and Speakers) were successfully enumerated and added as test resources.
